Prices
All prices shown are fixed until further notice - delivery calculated according to destination - there are no hidden extras. We are not currently eligible to charge VAT. Discounts are available for interior designers and trade buyers.  We will also offer a discount if you¹d like to buy more than one chair in a single transaction. Please call us to discuss any discount.

Delivery
1. UK Mainland Delivery quoted separately.
2. Our delivery agent will call you to arrange a delivery date and approximate time.
3. You will be sent a confirmation of your order in the form of an automated email or fax, please read and check this confirmation carefully. If it is incorrect in any way please call us on 0778 874 4280
4. On delivery of goods, you'll be asked to check the condition of theitem/s and sign a delivery note.
5. Your signature constitutes acceptance of the item but does not affect your statutory right to cancel or return.
6. Please allow between 3 and 8 weeks delivery time for UK orders. Call for overseas enquiries.

Returns and Guarantee
1. We operate a comprehensive guarantee policy, in addition to, and not affecting, your statutory rights. If any item is found to be faulty we will replace it free of charge. If having ordered a piece of furniture you decide within 8 working days of receipt that you no longer want the piece then we will refund or exchange to the value of your order. In this case, we will charge for collection / return postage. If you decide that you do not want the piece before our delivery team have left then the collection fee will be waived.
2. Your are urged to read the description of the chairs on the website thoroughly to avoid disappointment.
3. Each chair is guaranteed for 6 months against defects in materials and manufacture.
4. We will replace or refund defective items within this 6 month period.
5. You the customer will be responsible for returning goods for any reason
6. The cost of returning unsatisfactory or faulty goods will be refunded to you as soon as we have validated the reason for the return.

Privacy Policy
Information given at the time of ordering/registration or through Email enquiries is collected to expedite our customer service and is collected lawfully in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. The Ultimate Louis.co.uk does not disclose buyers information to third parties. "Cookies" are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping basket once you have selected an item. We will not send you e-mail communications without obtaining your prior consent.
